Halve-Cost API provides access to large language model (LLM) APIs at reduced cost, subsidized by donor contributions. The Service is intended solely for educational, scientific, and individual non-commercial purposes. Commercial or business use is strictly prohibited.
The Service operates with limited resources. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access at any time, without notice or liability, including but not limited to cases where usage exceeds available capacity or violates these Terms. We reserve the right to delete accounts at our sole discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Halve-Cost API, its owners, donors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Halve-Cost API from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to your use of the Service.
We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without liability.
